Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy & Identity
- Drive overall brand strategy, positioning, and tonality.
- Maintain brand guidelines across all consumer touchpoints.
- Conduct category analysis and uncover consumer insights.
2. Product Launch Management
- Lead product launch strategy, GTM planning, positioning, and pricing alignment.
- Collaborate with R&D, Design, Supply Chain, and Sales.
- Monitor launch performance and optimize post-rollout.
3. Campaign Creation & Execution
- Conceptualize and execute digital + offline campaigns.
- Brief, coordinate, and manage creative agencies.
- Own brand storytelling, monthly content calendars, and campaign KPIs.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Growth, Performance Marketing, Marketplace, and Retail teams.
- Align with PR, influencers, and social media teams for amplification.
5. Brand Tracking & Insights
- Monitor brand health, competition, and market trends.
- Conduct consumer research and derive actionable insights.
- Present brand performance and recommendations to leadership.
