FAMY Group - Analyst - Private Credit - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS/CA/CFA

Job Description:

- The candidate will be an integral part of the structured credit / private credit team and will be working closely with the Head of Private Credit in overseeing overall portfolio, evaluate investment opportunities, conducting financial analysis, preparing reports and presentations and support in day to day portfolio management & monitoring activities

- The ideal candidate to bring strong expertise in credit evaluation/underwriting, strong financial modelling skills and an ability to assess risks in complex lending/structured finance deals. This position offers an opportunity to work closely with senior leadership on high-impact investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify & Evaluate investment opportunities in structured/private credit, fixed income, real estate, REITs & InvITs.

2. Analyze financial statements, business models & build financial models.

3. Assess structured debt / corporate lending deals and associated risks.

4. Maintain MIS, track portfolio performance & support portfolio monitoring.

5. Prepare reports, presentations & support the Head of Private Credit in investment decisions.

Candidate Profile

1. Master's in Finance from a Tier-1 institute and/or CFA/CA.

2. Should have 1 - 3 years' experience in credit evaluation/underwriting (corporate credit, structured finance).

3. Strong analytical & risk assessment skills, attention to detail, persistence in research/diligence.

4. Excellent corporate credit analysis & financial modelling skills.

5. Preferred background: Credit Funds, Banks, NBFCs, Mutual Funds
