About the Role: The Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition will lead the strategic and operational management of end-to-end hiring for a business unit. This role is responsible for developing innovative talent strategies, optimizing recruitment processes, and ensuring that the company attracts, selects, and retains top talent across all functions. The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented professional with a strong understanding of modern sourcing techniques, data-driven decision-making, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Management

- Serve as a trusted advisor to the leadership team, providing market insights, talent intelligence, and hiring recommendations.

- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of recruiters and coordinators.

- Drive a culture of excellence, accountability, and collaboration within the TA team

- Provide training and guidance to enhance team capabilities in sourcing, stakeholder management, and candidate experience.

- Outcome driven - sourcing, assessment / evaluations, selections, offers and making candidates join.

Stakeholder & Candidate Experience

- Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and executives to deliver timely, high-quality hiring outcomes.

- Ensure a consistent, engaging, and transparent candidate experience at all touchpoints.

Recruitment Operations

- Oversee full-cycle recruitment for all roles while ensuring process efficiency and compliance.

- Evaluate and implement innovative sourcing strategies, tools, and technology solutions.

- Track and optimize recruiting metrics to drive performance and scalability.

Data & Reporting

- Maintain hiring dashboards and reports for leadership visibility.

- Use analytics and insights to measure effectiveness, identify trends, and refine hiring strategies.

Qualifications Required:

- Master's degree in Human Resources

- 14+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial or leadership role

- Proven track record in managing hiring programs, manage complex, high-impact searches and building high-performing teams.

- Strong business acumen and executive presence, with the ability to build credibility and influence at senior levels.

- Experience in Data and Analytics industry and India hiring
