Job Description:

- We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Director, Delivery to join our team and lead our efforts in delivering exceptional data analytics solutions.

- The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data engineering, data science, or strategic business analytics, along with a proven track record in consulting and delivery management.

- As a Senior Director, Delivery, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of multiple medium-scale and complex projects, managing high-performing teams, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction through high-quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities.

Functional Skills:

- Solve specific problems end-to-end, ensuring comprehensive and effective solutions.

- Create and present strategic solutions to clients, addressing their unique business needs.

- Successfully manage and deliver multiple medium-scale and complex projects.

- Demonstrate exceptional delivery and team management skills, ensuring high performance and efficiency.

Technical Skills :

- Hands-on experience in the Data Analytics field, preferably in Data Engineering, Data Science, or strategic business analytics.

- Preferred certifications in Data Analytics to showcase expertise and commitment to the field.

- Overall 12-15 years of experience, with a progression from technical roles to consulting and delivery management positions.

- Lead business and technical client presentations with support from Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Centers of Excellence (CoEs).

- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders (Director/VP level) from the client side.

- Maintain a razor-sharp focus on customer Net Promoter Score (NPS) through four pillars: Quality of Deliverables, Timeliness, Technical Rigor, and Business Grasp.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 4 years Bachelor's degree.

- Experience in consulting and delivery management, with the ability to lead and inspire high-performing teams.

- Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders.
