Role Overview:

As the Leadership Delivery - Data Analytics/ Data Engineering, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of data scientists and data engineers in Bangalore, India. You will be the primary point of contact for client engagements, ensuring successful project delivery, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

This role requires a strong understanding of both data analytics and data engineering principles, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization, including sales, marketing, and product development, to identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions that meet our clients' evolving needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor a team of data scientists and data engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.

- Manage client engagements from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and providing strategic guidance on data analytics and data engineering solutions.

- Drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, expanding existing client relationships, and developing innovative service offerings.

- Oversee the development and implementation of data analytics and data engineering solutions, ensuring they are aligned with client requirements and industry best practices.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address business challenges, leveraging data analytics and data engineering to drive impactful results.

- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively, ensuring projects are delivered within scope and on schedule.

- Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in data analytics and data engineering, and share knowledge and insights with the team and the organization.

Required Skillset:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
