Factory Production Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Factory Production Manager to oversee our daily production operations in the food industry.

The ideal candidate will be a leader with a proven ability to ensure efficiency, quality, and adherence to production schedules.

This role is crucial for managing our production team, implementing standard operating procedures, and maintaining a safe and collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Production Oversight: Oversee all daily production activities to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely completion of schedules.

- You'll be responsible for monitoring the team to ensure production targets are met.

- Process & Quality Management: Implement and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain high standards of quality.

- You will also collaborate with the QA/QC team to ensure product excellence.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with a variety of teams, including QA/QC, inventory, purchasing, logistics, and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations and resolve any production-related issues.

- Health & Safety: Ensure all health and safety protocols are strictly followed on the production floor to maintain a safe working environment.

Skills:

- Production Management: Expertise in overseeing daily production operations, with a focus on efficiency, quality, and meeting targets.

- Process Implementation: Proven ability to implement and enforce SOPs.

- Team Leadership: Experience in monitoring and leading a production team to achieve goals.

- Collaboration: Strong ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Safety: Deep understanding of health and safety protocols in a manufacturing environment.

Experience & Education:

Experience: The responsibilities listed suggest a professional with a minimum of 5-8 years of experience in production management, preferably within the food industry.

Education: A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Science, or a related field is preferred.

An MBA is a plus.
