Person should be from Automotive OEM having experience in handling Plant operations including assembly line ops, production targets, manpower budgeting, costing, SCM, material etc Responsibilities - Conceptualize projects and overlook operations encompassing production, logistics, procurement, quality and control. - Assesses and assist in upgrading the supervisory and operators talent and skills bases to achieve growth and meet market needs such as reduced cost, efficient production cycle times, up times and reliable delivery - Establish Quality Management Systems across various processes to reduce rejection levels and ensure high-quality standards at all stages of production - Achieve yearly financial objectives. Prepare, control and forecast departmental budget - Responsible for plant maintenance and project works in coordination with Central Projects and other stakeholders - Participate in formulating and administering policies, directing and coordinating all department activities to develop and implement Mid Term goals and objectives to meet business growth objectives - Design and implement systems, processes, and procedures to facilitate smooth functioning of overall production operations and enhance operational efficiency - Leading Industry 4.0 Theme and enabling the concept of & Smart Factory - Exposure to Quality & Training programs including PPAP, APQP, DFMEA, DVP to ensure quality competencies within the team - Foster culture of Continuous cost reduction: focus on TPM and FC - Explore scope for Capacity enhancement with productivity improvement
