Job Title: Factory Manager Location: Bengaluru (On-site) We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Factory Manager to lead and manage the operations of our manufacturing unit. This is a hands-on leadership role that involves planning, coordinating, and optimizing production activities to ensure timely and high-quality output. Youll be responsible for building strong processes, managing resources efficiently, and ensuring compliance across all levels of factory operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Production Planning & Execution - Develop daily and weekly production schedules - Allocate tasks across the team and ensure timely execution - Monitor production workflows to maintain efficiency and output levels 2. Quality Control - Implement quality checks at each stage of the production process - Ensure finished products meet set quality standards and specifications 3. Cost & Budget Management - Estimate manufacturing costs and track them against budgets - Identify opportunities to optimize costs without compromising quality 4. Team Management - Hire, train, and supervise factory staff - Set performance goals and provide regular feedback to the team 5. Inventory Control - Maintain accurate records of raw materials, components, and finished goods - Ensure timely procurement and proper storage of inventory 6. Process Development - Establish and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) - Regularly review and refine processes to drive operational improvements 7. Reporting & Documentation - Maintain documentation for production, inventory, and operations - Generate reports to update senior management on progress and challenges 8. Compliance & Safety - Ensure adherence to safety protocols and legal regulations - Conduct training sessions to keep staff informed and compliant 9. Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination - Liaise with suppliers, partners, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
