Job Title: Factory Manager - Liquor Bottling Plant

Reports To: Director/Operations Head

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Factory Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Liquor Bottling Plant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production, maintaining quality standards, managing staff, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the entire manufacturing process of liquor bottling, ensuring production targets are met.

- Monitor and improve production efficiency, productivity, and quality standards.

- Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental regulations.

- Manage, train, and motivate plant staff and workforce.

- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).

- Coordinate with procurement for raw materials and packaging supplies.

- Maintain inventory control and oversee warehousing activities.

- Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery and equipment.

- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards related to liquor manufacturing.

- Prepare production reports, analyze data, and implement improvements.

- Liaise with quality control teams to ensure product quality.

- Manage budgets, costs, and optimize operational expenses.

- Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field. POST GRADUATE qualification preferred.

- Proven experience (10+ years) in factory management, preferably in the liquor, beverage, or FMCG industry.

- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality standards, and safety regulations.

- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.

- Proficient in MS Office, ERP systems, and manufacturing software.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Working Conditions:

- The role may require shift work, including weekends and holidays.

- Must adhere to safety protocols and wear protective gear as required.
