Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Food Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 12+ years of experience in food or chocolate/confectionery manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of chocolate production processes, machinery, and quality control systems.
- Proven ability in team leadership, strategic planning, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage overall plant operations including production, quality, maintenance, logistics, and safety.
- Drive production efficiency, waste reduction, and cost control while maintaining product quality and consistency.
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI, ISO, HACCP, GMP, and other regulatory and food safety standards.
- Coordinate with R&D and supply chain teams for new product trials, process optimization, and capacity planning.
- Monitor and achieve daily, monthly, and annual production targets.
- Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices to enhance productivity.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing workforce and promote a culture of safety, quality, and accountability.
- Manage plant budgets, capital expenditures, and operational KPIs.
