Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to lead the human resources function for our large-scale alcoholic beverage manufacturing facility in Aurangabad. In this strategic leadership role, you will serve as the primary custodian of the site's culture, driving operational excellence through robust people practices, industrial relations, and talent management. You will work closely with the Plant Head, corporate leadership, and cross-functional department heads to align human capital strategies with production targets. Your impact will be felt in the stability of our shop-floor operations, the strength of our union relationships, and the overall engagement of a diverse workforce, ultimately ensuring that our manufacturing unit remains a high-performing, compliant, and safe environment for all employees.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee end-to-end industrial relations and union negotiations to maintain a harmonious work environment and ensure zero disruption to manufacturing operations.

- Develop and execute site-specific talent acquisition and retention strategies to ensure the facility is staffed with high-caliber technical and operational personnel.

- Manage statutory compliance and liaison with local government authorities to mitigate legal risks and uphold the organization's reputation in the region.

- Drive performance management and capability-building initiatives to foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth among the workforce.

- Spearhead employee engagement and welfare programs that boost morale and productivity across all shifts and levels of the organization.

- Implement robust health, safety, and environment (HSE) policies in collaboration with plant operations to ensure a zero-harm workplace culture.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in managing complex industrial relations and long-term settlements within a large-scale manufacturing setup, preferably in the FMCG or Alco-Bev sector.

- Proven ability to navigate high-pressure manufacturing environments while maintaining a calm, solution-oriented approach to conflict resolution and crisis management.

- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence plant leadership and effectively communicate with diverse groups ranging from shop-floor workers to corporate executives.

- Strong grasp of labor laws, factory acts, and regional compliance frameworks, coupled with the ability to interpret these regulations into actionable business policies.

- A postgraduate degree in Human Resources or Personnel Management from a premier institute, providing a solid foundation in organizational behavior and strategic HR.

- High degree of adaptability and a hands-on leadership style, comfortable working exclusively on-site in Aurangabad to provide real-time support to the manufacturing team.
