Factory Head - Paper Industry

Role & Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end factory and plant operations, including manufacturing and production activities.

- Oversee QA/QC, maintenance, PPC, stores, inventory, and process planning.

- Drive production of paper products and packaging while ensuring process and product quality.

- Manage and optimize automated plant operations, including PLC and SCADA systems.

- Lead plant projects, process improvements, and manufacturing initiatives.

- Ensure effective manpower management and team performance.

- Oversee HR, administration, safety, and manufacturing systems at the factory.

- Drive operational efficiency, productivity, quality, and adherence to manufacturing standards.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- B.E./B.Tech qualified with relevant experience in manufacturing, production, or factory operations.

- Experience in the paper manufacturing industry, preferably with exposure to paper products and packaging.

- Strong experience in process planning and managing automated plants/factories.

- Hands-on exposure to PLC, SCADA, and automated manufacturing systems.

- Experience in production management, quality, maintenance, PPC, and plant operations.

- Strong team leadership and manpower management skills.

- Candidates should be willing to work in Bangalore.
