Factory Head - Human Resources - Food Processing Industry

We're looking for an experienced and strategic Factory Head - Human Resources to join our team in the Food Processing industry.

Based in Kochi, Kerala, you'll play a crucial role in developing and implementing HR strategies across multiple factory locations, ensuring alignment with our business objectives and fostering a productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic HR Partnership: Support the Head HR in developing and implementing HR strategies that are closely aligned with overall business objectives and operational goals.

- Organizational Development: Lead organizational design and change management initiatives across multiple factory sites to support business growth and efficiency.

- Multi-Factory Oversight: Oversee and coordinate HR functions across multiple factories, working closely with individual Factory HR Managers to ensure consistent application of policies and best practices.

- Industrial Relations Management: Drive proactive and effective industrial relations strategies, fostering a harmonious and productive work environment.

- Talent Management: Support talent acquisition, development, and retention initiatives specific to the manufacturing environment.

- Compliance & Policy: Ensure all HR policies and practices comply with labor laws and company regulations across all factory locations.

- Performance Management: Contribute to the implementation and effectiveness of performance management systems for factory teams.

- Employee Engagement: Develop and execute strategies to enhance employee engagement, morale, and productivity.

Required Candidate Profile:

- Education: MBA/PGDM in HR/Industrial Relations.

- Experience: 10+ years of progressive working experience in Human Resources, with significant experience in handling large teams at the factory level within the manufacturing sector.

- Industry Experience: Proven experience in the Food Processing Industry is highly preferred.

- Industrial Relations Expertise: Strong background and expertise in managing Industrial Relations.

- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor HR teams across multiple locations.

- Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate business needs into effective HR strategies and initiatives.

- Communication: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Local Knowledge: Must be a native of Kerala.

- Location: Willingness to relocate to Kochi, Kerala
