Factory Head - Edible Oil Refinery

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Oil Technology or related field.

- 15+ years of experience in edible oil manufacturing or solvent extraction plants.

- Strong exposure to Soyabean & Sunflower extraction processes along with commercial operations.

- Experience in handling plant operations, procurement coordination, inventory, dispatch, and cost management.

- Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities.

Role Overview :

As the Factory Head for our edible oil refinery in Africa, you will serve as the primary leader responsible for the end-to-end manufacturing operations of the facility. You will oversee the entire production lifecycle, from raw material processing to final packaging, ensuring that the plant meets stringent quality, safety, and output targets. This role involves close collaboration with regional supply chain teams, local government authorities, and corporate leadership to optimize production workflows and drive profitability. Your leadership will be pivotal in maintaining a high-performance culture, managing large-scale industrial assets, and ensuring the refinery remains a benchmark for efficiency in the region.
