Job Description:
- The Project Manager role at FactEntry will be responsible for leading and delivering projects that enable and support FactEntry and SIX Business operations.
- The role involves managing projects through a full project lifecycle using industry-standard project management methodologies, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- This position requires strong project management skills, cross functional coordination, and the ability to work collaboratively with business, technical teams and global stakeholders.
- The ideal candidate should be committed to excellence in customer service, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a dynamic environment.
- We are looking for candidates with prior experience in managing projects in a financial services industry.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to prepare detailed project plans, determine resource allocation and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with global stakeholders and business, conduct internal meetings, and streamline the overall workflow ensuring timely project deliverables.
- Define project scope and develop comprehensive project plans with schedules, deliverables, and milestones.
- Identify, track, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Support decision making with appropriate analysis of options, risks, costs, etc and manage overall project cost tracking.
- Perform analysis in a proactive and detail-oriented manner where required to understand the root cause of the challenges, risks and issues.
- Produce business insights and action based on the recommendations.
- Create and maintain project documentation, status reports including timelines, resource plans, and meeting minutes.
- Act as a primary liaison between vendors, stakeholders and internal teams.
Required Skills:
- Excellent Project Management, Business Analysis and Requirement writing skills.
- Experience in migration and transition projects in a financial services industry.
- Proven ability to apply project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective in presenting complex information clearly to diverse and global audience.
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, facilitation, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently.
- PMP Certification preferred.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, Power BI, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Experience of 6+ years with project management experience.
