About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Facility Manager Engineering Maintenance to oversee the maintenance, operation, and upkeep of engineering and facility-related systems within a hospitality establishment. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in HVAC systems, swimming pool maintenance, electrical systems, plumbing, club facilities, and restaurant operations, with a proven hospitality background focused on safety, reliability, and superior guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Engineering & Facility Operations:

- Manage and supervise day-to-day engineering and maintenance operations across the property.

- Ensure optimal functioning of HVAC systems, electrical installations, plumbing networks, and utility services.

- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules.

- Monitor facility performance and initiate corrective actions to minimize downtime.

HVAC & Mechanical Systems:

- Oversee operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems, chillers, cooling towers, AHUs, and ventilation systems.

- Ensure energy-efficient operations and compliance with safety standards.

Swimming Pool Maintenance:

- Supervise swimming pool operations, including water quality management, filtration systems, pumps, and associated equipment.

- Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety regulations.

Electrical & Plumbing Maintenance:

- Manage maintenance and repair of electrical systems, DG sets, transformers, LT panels, lighting systems, and power distribution networks.

- Ensure smooth functioning of plumbing systems, water supply, drainage, sewage treatment, and related infrastructure.

Club & Restaurant Facility Management:

- Support maintenance requirements for club facilities, restaurants, banquet areas, kitchens, and guest-facing amenities.

- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure uninterrupted services and guest satisfaction.

Vendor & Team Management:

- Lead and manage maintenance staff, contractors, and service vendors.

- Monitor vendor performance and ensure adherence to SLAs and safety standards.

- Control maintenance budgets, inventory, and procurement of engineering supplies.

Compliance & Safety:

- Ensure adherence to statutory regulations, fire and life safety norms, environmental standards, and hospitality industry best practices.

- Conduct regular audits and maintain engineering documentation and compliance records.

Candidate Requirements:

Education: Bachelors Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.

Experience: 8-19 years of relevant experience in Facility Management/Engineering Maintenance. Mandatory experience in the Hospitality Industry (Hotels, Resorts, Clubs, or Premium Restaurant Chains).
