Facility Account Manager Job Location: Delhi Budget: 15 LPA Roles And Responsibility - Analyze financial information (e.g. revenues, expenditures and cash management) to ensure all operations are within budget. - Present annual budgets to senior managers. - Review budget requests for approval. - Forecast future budget needs. - Preparation of periodic financial statements (B/S, P/L and CFS etc.) as per IGAAP (revised schedule VI of Companies Act 2013.) - Revenue recognition, determine cost of construction/sale and valuation of inventory as per IGAAP. - Checking of RA Bill. - Performing Bank/ Cash Reconciliation. - Loan Reconciliation. - Debtors/Creditors Reconciliation. - Performing Reconciliation of Yamuna Authority's account. - Giving NOC for final settlement/transfer/giving possession to customer. - Performing Basic Journal Entries. - MIS reporting and giving presentation before management. - Making payment of Contractors and Suppliers. - Preparing and filing ITR and related returns. - Preparing and filing TDS Returns and GST Return. - Preparing and filing RERA Returns. - Check and approve the work done by subordinates. - Having Good Knowledge of Finance Related works: Preparation of project report, projected Balance Sheet and preparation of CMA Data for raising and Renewal of working capital and term loan. - Analysis of Financial Statements I.e. Ratio Analysis. - Preparation of Stock & Debtors Statements and Bank Borrowing Arrangement for working Capital Limits. - Preparation of Financial follow-up Report I and Financial Follow-up Report II. - Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statement and MIS reports as assigned. - Statutory Audit of National Insurance Company Limited & Concurrent Audit of Nationalized Bank. - Sound Knowledge of Tally.ERP9 and preparation of periodic financial statements (B/S, P/L and CFS etc.) as per revised schedule VI of Companies Act 2013. - Dealt with senior officials of banks and financial institutions regarding working capital limits, term loans, LC and Bank guarantee. - Must Have Experience in Real Estate. Education : CA Qualified BCOM/MCOM/MBA
