Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Head - Facilities to lead the overall facilities and property operations for the client's real estate assets in Bangalore.
The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring seamless, safe, efficient, cost-effective, and customer-focused facility operations across the assigned properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take complete ownership of day-to-day facilities operations across assigned real estate properties.
- Ensure smooth functioning, maintenance, and upkeep of all facilities, infrastructure, common areas, utilities, and building services.
- Establish and maintain high standards of operational excellence, service quality, hygiene, safety, and customer experience.
- Oversee operations and maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and BMS systems.
- Manage relationships with facility management agencies, contractors, and service providers.
- Prepare and manage the annual facilities and operations budget.
- Ensure compliance with applicable statutory, regulatory, fire, electrical, and building-safety requirements.
- Lead and manage the facilities team, including engineers, supervisors, and technicians.
Candidate Profile:
- Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Operations, or a related discipline.
- 8+ years of overall experience, with substantial experience in Facilities/Property Management.
- Experience managing large commercial real estate, office campuses, IT parks, malls, or integrated facilities preferred.
- Strong leadership, vendor management, and technical MEP understanding.
