
Job Description:
This role involves developing and executing programmatic ad campaigns, optimizing ad performance, and driving impactful results across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal teams to set campaign goals, strategies, and KPIs.
- Monitor and adjust campaigns in real-time to ensure optimal performance and ROI.
Data Analysis and Optimization:
- Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics, audience insights, and industry best practices.
- Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to improve ad effectiveness and efficiency.
Strategy and Planning:
- Utilize data to inform targeting strategies and audience segmentation.
- Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously refine strategies.
Platform Management:
- Negotiate contracts and manage budgets to ensure cost-effective ad spend.
Reporting and Communication:
- Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, analytics, and account management, to drive integrated marketing efforts.
Compliance and Best Practices:
- Implement and uphold best practices for data privacy and security.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in programmatic advertising, with a strong understanding of DSPs, SSPs, and ad exchanges.
- Proficiency in programmatic ad platforms and tools (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk etc.)
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Tableau, Excel etc.)
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex data in an understandable manner.
- Experience with campaign management, optimization, and performance analysis.
- Familiarity with industry trends, ad tech innovations, and digital marketing strategies.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
