Role Overview:
The Vice President Corporate Relations is a senior leadership role responsible for architecting and executing FACE Preps corporate engagement strategy.
This leader will spearhead strategic alliances, strengthen industry relationships, drive corporate collaboration programs, and expand the organizations influence across enterprise, tech, and talent ecosystems.
The VP will own end-to-end corporate outreach, partnership development, philanthropic and CSR engagement, employer network expansion, and corporate revenue pipelines.
This role requires a high-impact leader who can engage C-level executives, shape long-term strategic partnerships, and align corporate relations with FACE Preps mission of transforming employability at scale.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Partnership Development
- Develop and lead the corporate relations strategy to enhance FACE Preps visibility, relevance, and value across the industry.
- Build long-term, trust-based relationships with senior leaders across top technology firms, enterprises, and industry bodies.
- Establish strategic collaborations, CSR engagements, and philanthropic partnerships that align with the organizations mission and business objectives.
Business Development & Corporate Growth
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue new partnership opportunities to expand FACE Preps corporate network and employer ecosystem.
- Drive revenue-oriented corporate programs, including hiring partnerships, workforce readiness collaborations, and skill development alliances.
- Develop corporate engagement frameworks, partnership models, and value propositions tailored to enterprise needs.
Stakeholder Management & Industry Influence
- Represent FACE Prep at national industry forums, conferences, and leadership roundtables to strengthen corporate visibility.
- Serve as the primary liaison between corporate partners, academic institutions, internal teams, and executive leadership.
- Establish governance mechanisms to ensure strong partner satisfaction, program performance, and continuous collaboration.
Team Leadership & Organizational Alignment
- Lead, coach, and scale a high-performing Corporate Relations team aligned with organizational objectives.
- Drive operational excellence through structured planning, metrics-driven execution, and cross-functional coordination.
- Collaborate with product, operations, and academic teams to integrate corporate insights into program design and delivery.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 5 - 12 years of progressive experience in Corporate Relations, Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, or Enterprise Sales.
- Proven success in building and expanding corporate networks, ideally within technology, education, skill development, or talent transformation sectors.
- Strong ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders, including CXOs, Heads of HR, Talent Acquisition leaders, CSR heads, and industry partners.
- Demonstrated strategic planning, commercial acumen, and decision-making capabilities.
- Strong leadership, team management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive presence.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Prior experience in the education, employability, or EdTech space is an advantage
