Role Overview:
FACE Prep is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Human Resources Specialist to lead and manage core HR functions. This full-time, on-site role is based in Coimbatore and requires hands-on expertise in HR operations, employee relations, policy implementation, and compliance. The ideal candidate will drive HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement, streamline HR processes, and uphold a positive and compliant workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and continuously refine HR policies, procedures, and frameworks aligned with organizational goals.
- Manage end-to-end personnel administration, including employee records, benefits administration, and HR documentation.
- Lead recruitment efforts by collaborating with hiring managers to identify talent requirements, screen candidates, and support onboarding.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, L&D programs, mandatory training compliance, and performance management processes.
- Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure seamless integration and positive employee experiences.
- Manage workplace relations, address employee concerns, and provide effective conflict resolution in line with company policies.
- Ensure organizational compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and internal audit requirements.
- Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and development programs for employees and managers.
- Maintain HR systems and tools, ensuring accurate data management and reporting.
- Foster a professional, collaborative, and employee-centric work environment.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Proven experience in core HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, policy development, and compliance management.
- Strong understanding of HR management frameworks, employee engagement strategies, and benefits administration.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced certifications (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) are an added advantage.
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms, HR automation tools, and MS Office applications is preferred.
