Role Description:

- This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Manager located in Coimbatore.

- The Finance Manager will oversee the company's financial operations, including budget planning, financial analysis, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

- Responsibilities include managing and coordinating financial reporting, analyzing financial trends, preparing forecasts, and supporting the management team with financial planning and strategies.

- The role also involves supervising accounting practices and ensuring accurate record-keeping.

Qualifications:

- Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

- Proficiency in accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance.

- Experience with financial tools and software, along with advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

- Leadership, team management, and effective communication abilities.

- Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

- Professional certification like CPA, CFA, or CA is a plus.

- Prior experience in a managerial finance or accounting role is preferred.

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
