Role Overview:
We are seeking a Content Marketing Manager to lead the narrative and digital presence of FACE Prep Campus. This role is responsible for building compelling brand stories around campus life, student success, and academic outcomes, while driving visibility, engagement, and admissions interest through strategic content initiatives.
The ideal candidate will combine strong storytelling skills, digital marketing expertise, and people management capabilities, with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, budget-conscious environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Content & Brand Strategy:
- Develop and execute compelling, positive marketing narratives highlighting campus culture, student journeys, outcomes, and the unique value proposition of FACE Prep Campus programs.
- Act as a brand custodian, ensuring consistency in tone, messaging, and visual identity across all content and communication channels.
- Position FACE Prep Campus as a premium, aspirational education brand through impactful storytelling.
Social Media & Digital Presence:
- Own and manage the end-to-end content calendar across all relevant social media platforms.
- Drive a strong, aspirational, and student-centric digital presence aligned with admissions and brand goals.
- Convert daily campus activities, student achievements, workshops, and events into engaging digital stories and social media content.
Campaigns & Event Marketing:
- Elevate campus events (orientations, workshops, career fairs, guest sessions) by embedding strong marketing narratives and visual storytelling to maximize reach and engagement.
- Collaborate with design, video, and performance marketing teams to support integrated campaigns.
Team Leadership & Execution:
- Manage and mentor a small team of marketing interns, providing clear direction, feedback, and quality oversight.
- Ensure timely execution of content, social media posts, and campaigns while meeting aggressive timelines.
- Maintain high standards of content quality despite limited budgets and tight schedules.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with admissions, academic, and placement teams to align content with enrollment and placement objectives.
- Support leadership with content for presentations, brochures, landing pages, and institutional communications.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in Content Marketing / Brand Marketing, preferably in EdTech or Education.
- Strong storytelling and narrative-building skills with exceptional written and verbal communication.
- Proven experience managing social media platforms and executing digital content strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and manage junior team members or interns.
- Experience developing creative marketing initiatives within limited budgets.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience marketing higher education programs or student-focused brands.
- Familiarity with admissions funnels and education marketing metrics.
- Basic understanding of performance marketing and content analytics.
