Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Assistant Vice President Sales to lead and scale our B2B sales operations in the Vijayawada region. This is a senior leadership role responsible for defining sales strategy, driving revenue growth, managing key enterprise and institutional accounts, and leading high-performing sales teams.
The role requires strong exposure to EdTech B2B sales, strategic thinking, operational excellence, and the ability to execute aggressive growth plans aligned with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Leadership
- Define and execute regional and national B2B sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with corporates, institutions, universities, and strategic partners
- Own end-to-end sales cycles including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closure
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to ensure predictable revenue flow
Account & Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and enterprise accounts
- Act as a strategic advisor to clients by understanding their learning and workforce needs
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business
Sales Operations & Reporting
- Oversee sales operations, CRM usage, pipeline management, and reporting
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, performance dashboards, and strategic insights to leadership
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and delivery teams to align go-to-market efforts
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with senior leadership to drive organizational growth initiatives
- Represent FACE Prep in high-level client meetings, industry events, and regional engagements
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Proven expertise in Sales Leadership and Sales Management
- Strong experience in B2B Sales within EdTech / Skill Development sector (Mandatory)
- Demonstrated success in business development, revenue growth, and large deal closures
- Experience in account management and sales operations
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales pipeline management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel extensively across assigned regions
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred
