It has now evolved into a multi-brand organization with March - a silver jewelry brand and Pinkfort - a modern Indian wear brand reimagining traditional clothing for the woman of today.
Role and Responsibilities :
1. Be responsible for setting up retail operations from scratch for all three brands
2. Responsible for the launch and management of FS stores across multiple cities
3. Build relations with malls/key retail stakeholders
4. Own revenue targets and store profitability targets
5. Come up with creative ideas for store marketing & offline activation
6. Fostering alliances to give the stores a competitive advantage
Requirements :
- Proven experience as Retail head / Regional head in offline retail
- Willing to travel to multiple cities for setup and expansions of the stores
- Knowledge of retail operations & best practices
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizing and leadership skills
- Analytical mind and familiarity with data analysis principles
- Experience in an apparel brand will be highly preferred
