We are looking for a key hire for - Founders Office - Investor Relations & Strategic Projects, based out of Gurgaon.
What Youll Do:
- Assist in preparing and delivering presentations and communication materials to potential investors.
- Help coordinate and facilitate investor meetings and events, ensuring a seamless experience for all external parties.
- Build and manage all MIS requirements for the lead investors and board meetings.
- Support the Founder in addressing investor inquiries and providing relevant information and insights.
- Build and manage long-term relationships with follow-on investors.
- Maintain and manage data related to the investor pipeline, lead generation, and investor communications.
- Assist in analysing data to track the effectiveness of IR strategies and conversion rates.
- Prepare regular reports on company performance, pipeline status, and conversion metrics alongside the founder.
- Attend key investor/analyst/industry experts meetings.
- Perform industry research and analysis, including market trends, competitor analysis, and identify growth opportunities.
Who You Are:
- Bachelors/Masters degree and academic excellence.
- 2-3 years experience in Investment banking/ Consulting (MBB)/Prior VC/PE experience is preferred.
- Very good in dealing with complex datasets, data modelling and macro-economic analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
- Experience in due diligence is a plus.
- Highly proficient with PowerPoint and Excel modelling.
