About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and relationship-driven professional to manage our recruitment efforts across various functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across Sales, Business Development, Operations, Supply, and Corporate functions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and drive timely closures.
- Source talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, networking, and market mapping.
- Conduct candidate screening, coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Track hiring metrics, maintain ATS hygiene, and build strong talent pipelines.
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, Perplexity, or similar to improve sourcing, screening, JD creation, interview summaries, candidate communication, and recruitment productivity.
Preferred Profile:
- 4 - 6 years of end-to-end recruitment experience in a high-growth start-up, SaaS, Product, Internet, or Hospitality organization.
- Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search, and modern recruitment technologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
