What we have:

- As a Product Manager you will own a particular product segment or workflow

- Understand user needs and pain points through one-on-one interactions directly with users or other business stakeholders and through data analytics

- Gather the requests from business stakeholders or from users and identify the most impactful problems to solve and be able to estimate the business impact of solving them

- Foster collaboration with business stakeholders, design and engineering teams

- Define metrics and measurement strategies for the product and team and own the targets for relevant metrics

What we expect:

- Develop and define product roadmaps and feature concepts

- Work with the engineering team to communicate release goals and be a part of product life cycle

- Interface with stakeholders for inputs on market trends, feature requirements and product gaps

- Own product performance and conduct periodic performance reviews

- Creative ideation and articulation of ideas
