Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of clients, serving as their primary point of contact, driving product adoption and revenue - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our platform - Identify new opportunities for growth and upsell, working closely with our sales team - Collaborate with our product team to identify and prioritize new features and enhancements based on client feedback - Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and optimization - Ensure timely resolution of client issues and concerns - Develop and deliver client training and education programs - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices Requirements: - Bachelor's or master's degree from a top institute with 2-3 years of experience in a client-facing role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships - Analytical mindset and ability to use data to drive decision-making - Experience working with technology platforms and tools - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
