As a L&D Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering training programs for the B2B sales team at FabHotels. You will work closely with the sales team to understand their training needs and create customized training programs that help them meet their goals. About this Opportunity: As a L&D Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering training programs for the B2B sales team at FabHotels. You will work closely with the sales team to understand their training needs and create customized training programs that help them meet their goals. You will also be responsible for coordinating and delivering induction programs for new hires in the B2B sales team. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the B2B sales team to identify their training needs and create customized training programs that address those needs - Coordinate with trainers and facilitators to deliver training programs to the B2B sales team - Develop training materials, including presentations, videos, and handouts - Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements - Conduct induction programs for new hires in the B2B sales team and ensure they are onboarded effectively - Collaborate with the HR team to ensure that training programs align with the overall learning and development strategy of the organization Qualifications: - Bachelor's/PG degree in a relevant field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a B2B sales environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong project management skills - Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization - Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools is a plus - If you are passionate about learning and development and have experience in delivering training programs to B2B sales teams, we encourage you to apply for this position.
