About this Opportunity: leadership Role - Analytics

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather requirements.

- Analyze and document business processes, systems, and workflows.

- Solution Assessment and Validation: Assess proposed solutions to ensure they meet business requirements.

- Create detailed documentation of requirements, processes, and system designs.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure understanding and alignment.

- Assist in project planning, monitoring, and reporting.

- Assist in defining and executing test cases to validate solutions.

- Assist in developing and delivering training materials.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, computer science, or related field. A master's degree or certification in business analysis can be a plus.

- Typically requires 6+ years of experience in business analysis or a related field.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration with stakeholders.

- Knowledge of business analysis tools and techniques like Python, MySQL, Advance excel, Google sheet, Web scrapping and R.

- Familiarity with the industry or domain of the organisation can be beneficial.
