Designation - AM/DM - HR Job Description:
- Joining & documentation completion, exit formalities, appointment letter, ID cards, confirmations, transfer letters, NOC, Experience letter, relieving letter.
- Taking care of Induction and take care that employees are aware of HR policies on day1
- Attendance maintenance & vigilance, timely checking attendance & supporting in HR Audit for the same
- Compiling & consolidation of attendance file & forwarding to Manager for salary processing
- Handling salary queries of existing and former employees & providing solution on time
- Managing smooth Exit process in terms of completion of the full and final settlements for employees
- Managing HRMS Data uploading and modules - End to End for managing Employee Details
- Identifying the cases for Grievances and resolving them on a timely basis.
- Employee relationship and Employee engagement activities
- Maintain all personnel files and ensuring they are filed on timely basis
- Taking care of Appraisal cycle and PMS end to end
- Drive processes like one on one discussion, exit interviews, Pulse check with new joiners, Employee satisfaction surveys etc
- Creating HR Policies as and when required and ensure it is compliant with law
Desired Profile:
- Graduate/ MBA with min 3 year of experience
- Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Good Communication and English writing Skills
- Problem solving ability and detail oriented
- General understanding of HR Operating environment, including HR policies
- Strong conceptual skills
- Experience working in early stage startups is preferred,Good knowledge of Excel Vlookup, pivot tables etc
