Job Description : SeniorManager- HRBP Job Summary : - An HR professional with a strong vision for the function and its role in a fast growing, innovation driven and diverse people organization. - The role requires thinking about the HR function from a new perspective with creative problem-solving skills for both routine and non-routine people challenges. - He/She should be a self-starter with a high ownership mindset. - Should be confident enough to express their opinions at the company leadership table. - The individual is innovative and tries out new ideas that are logical, backed with fiscal prudence and include contextual understanding of the business. - He/ She leaders should be curious to learn, have a strong bias for action and have the confidence to get into details when needed. Structuring ideas into a time bound execution plan with metrics driven accountability is a must. Reporting to : Cofounders Responsibilities : - Ensure HR plans align with our mission and business objectives. - Formulate career development plans - Promote inclusion in the workplace and reinforce our position as an equal opportunity employer. - Ensure hiring, on-boarding, and management procedures are effective for diverse groups. - Lead employer branding efforts like recruitment marketing.. - Evaluate training and development programs. - Develop HR policies across organisations. - Analyse the effectiveness of our HR procedures and tools. Functional Responsibilities : - Core HR Expertise and Compliance - Demonstrates foundational knowledge of HR policies and practices, compliance requirements, and risk implications of HR processes on the work environments, including: employee relations, collective bargaining agreements, performance management, discrimination and harassment, recruiting and hiring, compensation and benefits, leaves and disability management, payroll and timekeeping and records management. Workforce and Talent Planning : - Advise and create strategies about how to maximize talent by defining current and future talent needs and ways to develop staff to address performance and capability gaps. Organisational Development and Consulting : - Optimize the ability of the organisation, teams, and individuals to acquire and put to use business competencies. - Consult with and advise managers on achieving strategic goals by driving change and implementing processes that increase retention, engagement and productivity. Managing Employee Engagement and Experience : - Building employees' satisfaction with their work and pride in their employer. Enhancing the employees' engagement and keeping them motivated to "go the extra mile" and deliver excellent on-the-job performance. Professional Experience/ Qualifications : - More than 5 + years of Experience in HR. - Holds MBA Degree, - Holds Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields. - Experience in managing teams and budgets will be preferred. - Communication, business analysis, and problem-solving skills are a must.
