Take complete ownership of assigned region's hotel performance and optimize each hotel's P&amp;L for growth, RevPAR &amp; margins. 2. Effectively manage inventory allocation across demand channels. 3. Develop &amp; optimize pricing strategy for each of the region's hotels. Ensure pricing strategies reflect asset strength relative to competition and seasonal market conditions. 4. Work closely with acquisition, sales &amp; demand function owners to align &amp; optimize for region's performance. 5. Develop strong market awareness of assigned region &amp; competitor brands/ hotels. 6. Develop a working knowledge of impact &amp; characteristics of various demand channels such as brand web/ app, B2b sales, OTAs on region's performance. 7. Manage revenue management strategic vision during pricing meetings / cluster-sync. 8. Produce an accurate forecast on a weekly, monthly &amp; quarterly basis. 9. Pro-actively identify and analyze peak days and shoulder days taking into consideration past performance as well as new industry trends. What you- ll need. 1. Prior experience in leading a category and/or P&amp;L ownership and process optimization/consulting. 2. Track record of leading a team to meet challenging targets. 3. Strong applied business judgment to identify business needs &amp; solve challenges to achieve goals 4. Comfortable working in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment. 5. Skills in ROI optimization, advanced analytics, creative and critical thinking. 6. Ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines. 7. Min. work experience of 4+ years in relevant functionality. 8. Fluent written and verbal communication skills are a plus. 9. Manage P&amp;L responsibility for FabHotels.com online channels 10. Achieve city level channel sales targets for direct channel 11. Work closely with digital marketing team to scale traffic and bookings from the direct channel 12. Identify and implement product features to increase revenue through technology implementations across desktop, mobile web and app. 13. Drive promotions, pricing, merchandising, content teams.
