About the Role:
- We are hiring a Founder's Office role to work directly with the Founder on solving high-impact, cross-functional business problems across the organization.
- This is not a pure strategy or presentation-heavy role. We are looking for someone who can identify gaps, drive execution, follow through aggressively, and get things unstuck across teams. The role requires high ownership, strong problem-solving ability, and an execution-first mindset.
- You will work closely with leadership on operational priorities, process improvements, special projects, and business-critical initiatives across functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work directly with the Founder on high-priority business and operational initiatives
- Drive execution across cross-functional projects and ensure strong follow-through and closure of action items
- Identify operational bottlenecks, solve problems proactively, and improve business processes
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely execution, accountability, and alignment
- Independently manage projects end-to-end with minimal supervision
- Build scalable processes and improve execution efficiency across teams
- Operate effectively in ambiguous, high-growth, and fast-paced environments
- Leverage AI tools and technology in day-to-day work to improve productivity and execution speed
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- MBAs can apply provided they are B.Tech and both course are from Tier 1 college
- 1.5-5 years of work experience
Prior experience in:
- Consulting (MBB / Big 4)
- Early-stage or high-growth startups
- Founder's Office / Business Operations roles (preferred)
- Pre-MBA candidates only
