Job Title: Program Manager Responsibilities - Proactively analyse critical areas for improvement to manage client central operations impacting key revenue metrics. - Develop programs, roadmaps to build central processes catering to multiple clients. - Own KPIs and performance improvement initiatives in support. - Collaborate with multiple departments including Operations/Acquisitions/Sales Team to understand and quantify the impacts of key business decision and trade-offs. - Develop performance metrics to assist with driving business results. - Lead initiatives to identify and eliminate root causes of defects and build opportunities to improve or simplify SOPs in order to drive efficiency. - Work within various time constraints to meet critical business needs, while measuring and identifying activities performed and ensuring service requirements are met. - Ability to pull data and to perform ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed. - Excellent communication, both verbal and written as you will be required to convey updates on issues, operational status and business drivers. - Monitor and drive profitability across corporate travel bookings by analysing margin performance, implementing pricing strategies, and negotiating improved commission structures to ensure consistent margin growth over time. Hotel Credit Negotiations & Management - Lead negotiations with hotel partners to secure favourable credit terms, build scalable credit frameworks, and establish strong supplier relationships to support operational liquidity and booking flexibility. Skills and Qualifications - 4+ Years of experience with a high growth start up preferably from Tier-1 engineering institutions (IIT,NIT, BITS etc.) - Comfortable working in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment - Efficiently manages time based on continual evaluation of priorities, meets deadlines with high quality deliverable reflecting complete understanding of expectations, able to multi-task with laser- like focus - Skills in ROI optimization, advanced analytics, creative and critical thinking - Should have good knowledge of MS Excel/ google sheet, SQL, Python, R,
