Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Compensation and Benefits Consultant to join our team and oversee India and the Asia Pacific region.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of the compensation and benefits strategies to ensure market competitiveness and alignment with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee compensation and benefits programs for India and the Asia Pacific region.
- Support market research and analyze trends to ensure competitive pay practices.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations across the region.
- Collaborate with regional HR teams to support business objectives and strategic initiatives.
- Provide guidance and support on compensation and benefits-related matters.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of compensation and benefits programs.
- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders in region (Executive compensation, Compensation COE, Compensation Business Partners, HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Legal, etc.)
- Prepare and present reports on compensation and benefits metrics.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and recommend changes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits management.
- Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits practices in the Asia Pacific and India region.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of regional languages is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in compensation or benefits management (e.g., CCP, CBP).
- Experience working in a multinational organization.
- Knowledge of regional labor markets and economic conditions
