About Us:

F3 (F for Fashion) is a product-first fashion tech start-up based in Bangalore, founded by alumni of IIT Delhi and IIM Ahmedabad. Our founding team has led and scaled some of India's biggest ecommerce companies-Flipkart, Udaan, and CityMall.

We are VC-funded and are building a new-age fashion brand at the intersection of technology, design, and speed. Our mission is to deliver affordable, trendy, high-quality fashion using data-driven insights, tech innovation, and superior customer experience.

We are looking to hire founding team members.

Roles Open at F3 - Head of Marketing & Growth

Roles & Responsibility:

- Performance Marketing- Manage Meta, Google Ad accounts - Campaign Management, Performance Reviews, Iterations

- Copy & Creative : Builds copy and creatives in line with our CVP and to land the message to end consumers in a unique way

- Ads Development - Work with agencies / internal resources to build a portfolio of ads - Managing storylines, creative quality, copy and within costs

- Analytics - Consumer, Drop offs, Ecommerce Funnel - Impressions, CTR, Conversion. Cohort Analysis

- Tools - Google Analytics, Excel

- A/B Testing - Tools, Pre/Post analysis , A/B Analysis, Metrics

- Funnel - Web funnel understanding, Mapping to business and consumer reasons, Problem solving for improvement

- Drive Core features around growth like referral program or other growth hacks.

Who We're Looking For :

- MBA from Tier 1 MBA Colleges (IIMs, MICA,IMT etc. )

- Past experience with Performance Marketing in META, Google

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

- Passionate about building consumer-grade experiences in fashion or ecommerce

- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, ownership-driven environment
