Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Food & Beverage to lead and elevate all F&B operations at our luxury property. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional guest experiences, drive revenue growth, and maintain the highest standards of quality and service across all restaurants, bars, in-room dining, and banqueting services. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee day-to-day operations of all F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service. - Develop and execute innovative strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and F&B profitability. - Lead, train, and inspire a high-performing team, ensuring service excellence and staff development. - Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu planning, cost control, and culinary innovation. - Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and inventory control. - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards. - Maintain brand standards and elevate the hotel's reputation for world-class dining experiences. Qualifications: - Minimum 8-10 years of progressive F&B leadership experience in luxury hospitality. - Proven track record in managing multi-outlet operations. - Strong financial acumen and operational expertise. - Exceptional leadership, communication, and guest service skills. - Degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
