Role Overview :

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to join our Bengaluru team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for onboarding schools, building long-term institutional relationships, and driving revenue through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities (KRA) :

- Identify, approach, and onboard schools across Bengaluru to partner with Ezyschooling

- Build and maintain strong relationships with school decision-makers (principals, directors, etc.)

- Execute B2B and institutional sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets

- Drive field visits to pitch services and close partnership deals

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and partner support

- Track competitor activity and suggest improvements to sales strategies

- Provide feedback from the field to enhance product offerings and value proposition

- Maintain accurate records of business development activities using CRM tools

- Represent Ezyschooling at local educational events and seminars to increase brand presence

Required Skillsets :

- Proven track record in B2B/Institutional/Field Sales (preferably in EdTech or educational services)

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English & regional language proficiency preferred)

- Ability to independently drive end-to-end sales cycles

- Deep understanding of the education ecosystem and school operations

- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

- Good negotiation and problem-solving abilities

- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office tools

- Master's/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
