Role Summary


The Senior Growth & Digital Marketing Strategist will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing and growth initiatives. The role focuses on boosting brand visibility, user acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth through data-driven strategies across digital channels. The strategist will be responsible for campaign performance, SEO/SEM initiatives, marketing analytics, and collaboration with internal teams to drive scalable results.


Key Responsibilities (KRA)


Growth Strategy & Execution


- Develop, execute, and optimize end-to-end growth marketing strategies aligned with business goals.


- Identify high-impact acquisition channels to drive measurable user and revenue growth.


- Implement experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, funnels, cohorts) for continuous performance improvement.


Digital Marketing Management


- Lead SEO, SEM, paid ads, social media marketing, email campaigns, and digital communication initiatives.


- Manage multi-platform digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) for maximum ROI.


- Strengthen online brand presence across digital channels and content distribution networks.


Analytics & Performance Optimization


- Track, analyze, and report on metrics using Google Analytics, CRM dashboards, and marketing tools.


- Translate data insights into actionable decisions to improve CAC, conversions, retention, and engagement.


- Perform competitive analysis, keyword research, and market trend evaluations to sharpen strategies.


Lead Generation & Funnel Optimization


- Drive high-quality leads through targeted digital campaigns and performance marketing activities.


- Build and optimize marketing funnels to improve conversions at every stage.


- Collaborate with sales teams to enhance lead nurturing and pipeline efficiency.


Content & Brand Strategy


- Guide content marketing efforts including blogs, web content, email communication, and landing pages.


- Work with creative and product teams to align brand messaging across touchpoints.


- Lead brand-building initiatives to strengthen positioning in the IT/software services domain.


Cross-functional Collaboration


- Coordinate with product, sales, design, and development teams to ensure marketing alignment.


- Contribute to product launches, feature promotions, and customer engagement strategies.


Innovation & Continuous Improvement


- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing tools, technologies, and emerging trends.


- Recommend new channels, automation tools, and innovations to boost marketing efficiency.


Required Skillsets


- Strong expertise in digital marketing, growth marketing, and online advertising.


- Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, paid ads, and social media strategies.


- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, CRM tools, and marketing automation systems.


- Strong competency in campaign management, lead generation, and performance optimization.


- Knowledge of email marketing, content strategy, and brand positioning.


- Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and drive insights.


- Excellent communication, project management, and cross-team collaboration skills.


- Experience in IT/Software services industry is mandatory (minimum 5 years).
