Role Summary
We are looking for an Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition & Operations who can own end-to-end hiring and recruitment operations in a fast-growing startup environment. This is a hands-on role with high execution focus, requiring comfort with ambiguity, frequent changes in requirements, and working across multiple types of hiring.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar, grey-collar, and white-collar roles
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand evolving requirements and timelines
- Source candidates through multiple channels (portals, referrals, vendors, direct outreach)
- Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and closures with speed and accuracy
- Ensure smooth candidate experience from first contact to joining
- Handle recruitment operations, MIS, trackers, and basic reporting
- Support onboarding coordination and hiring documentation as required
Skills & Experience
- Prior startup or fast-paced environment experience preferred
- Exposure to high-volume and diverse hiring (blue, grey, and white collar)
- Strong execution mindset - ability to get things done independently
- Comfortable working with ambiguity, changing priorities, and tight timelines
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Organised, detail-oriented, and reliable with follow-through
