Growth Hacker


Description:


We are looking for a data-driven, creative, and analytical Growth Hacker to accelerate user acquisition, engagement, and retention across digital channels. The ideal candidate is someone who loves experimenting with new ideas, testing hypotheses, and leveraging data to discover scalable growth opportunities.


Key Responsibilities:


- Identify, design, and execute growth experiments across multiple channels (organic, paid, partnerships, referrals, etc.)


- Build and optimize marketing funnels to drive customer acquisition, activation, and retention


- Analyze campaign performance metrics to derive insights and continuously improve conversion rates


- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Tech teams to implement high-impact growth initiatives


- Optimize website and landing page conversion through data-driven insights (SEO/SEM, CRO, analytics)


- Leverage automation tools, AI, and analytics to streamline lead generation and nurturing


- Oversee and optimize digital presence across social media, SEO, and content marketing, ensuring brand consistency and measurable engagement growth


- Collaborate with the content and design teams to develop and distribute high-impact campaigns that drive traffic, visibility, and lead generation through organic and paid channels


- Stay updated with growth trends, emerging platforms, and performance marketing innovations


Requirements:


- 2 to 5 years of proven experience in a growth, performance marketing, or digital strategy role


- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics


- Hands-on experience with paid marketing (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) and organic growth (SEO, content, community)


- Knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) and marketing automation platforms


- Familiarity with A/B testing tools, funnel analytics, and data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, etc.)


- A creative mindset with a bias for experimentation and measurable impact


- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS, product analytics, or data querying is a plus


Preferred Skills:


- Experience in startup or fast-scaling environments


- Strong storytelling and brand positioning skills


- Understanding of viral loops, referral systems, and user retention strategies


- Comfort working with cross-functional teams in agile setups
