Role Overview:

This is a high-ownership, market-facing role where your relationships and reputation matter as much as your delivery skills.

Youll be expected to bring in mandates within your first month and drive engagements that anchor us as the go-to partner for AI-led healthcare transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Leverage your existing network to open doors, lead conversations, and close consulting deals in the healthcare space.

- Own P&L for your projects, with on-ground and offshore execution support to deliver on promises made.

- Shape and steer high-impact operations and transformation programs with clear, measurable outcomes.

- Be the face of the firm in the market your credibility is our first pitch.

- Help position us as the leading AI-first implementation consulting firm in India.

Ideal Candidate:

- 5-7 years in healthcare consulting or transformation, preferably with a Big 4, Alvarez & Marsal, or equivalent.

- A trusted name with deep relationships well-connected with decision-makers in hospitals, healthcare providers, and related industries.

- Proven track record of landing new clients through personal connections and market reputation.

- Confident engaging at the CXO level and translating interest into signed mandates fast.

- Thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with full ownership and freedom to build.
