- We are looking for Client Partner - Operations & Implementation, this is a market-facing, delivery-backed role that will focus on identifying transformation opportunities, winning consulting mandates, and steering successful implementations.

- Lead initial client conversations, convert them into engagements, and manage delivery oversight.
- Own P&L for your projects while tapping into offshore/on-site execution support.
- Co-create impactful operations and transformation programs with measurable outcomes.
- Help shape the firm's position and credibility in the implementation consulting space.
Job Requirements:.
- Formerly with a consulting or transformation group (Big4, Alvarez & Marsal, or similar).
- 6+ years of experience in operations, performance improvement, or delivery transformation.
- Confident initiating CXO conversations and converting interest into formal engagements.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with autonomy and ownership.
