About the Role:
eYantra Ventures Limited is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Assistant Manager Accounts to join our Finance team. This role is ideal for a midsenior level professional with strong hands-on expertise in Tally ERP, financial reconciliations, GST compliance, and day-to-day accounting operations. You will play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy, process efficiency, and adherence to statutory requirements in a fast-paced, growing organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations in Tally ERP with accuracy and compliance.
- Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) and Sales Orders (SOs).
- Handle end-to-end accounts reconciliation, including vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.
- Ensure timely and accurate GST filing, returns, and documentation.
- Maintain vendor accounts, coordinate with internal teams for timely payments and invoicing.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Assist in audits, statutory compliances, and documentation preparation.
- Drive process adherence and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
- Prepare financial reports and share insights with senior management as required.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Strong command of Tally ERP and accounting workflows.
- Hands-on experience with PO/SO creation, ledger management, and vendor coordination.
- Proven expertise in GST compliance, filing, and reconciliation.
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
