
Are you a strategic sales leader with a proven record of closing multi-million-dollar Workday deals across the US and European markets? We are looking for an ambitious and dynamic Workday Sales & Business Development Leader to join our fast-growing team!
About the Role:
This is a senior-level sales leadership position where youll drive end-to-end Workday business development, building strong C-level relationships and owning high-value enterprise deals. If you have a history of delivering $10M+ revenue annually, we want to talk to you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and execute the Workday sales strategy across global markets with a strong focus on US & Europe.
- Lead business development initiatives, from prospecting through closure.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, delivery, alliances).
- Build and manage strong executive relationships with Workday and its partner ecosystem.
- Track pipeline health, forecasts, and performance against revenue targets.
What Were Looking For:
- 10+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, specifically with Workday solutions.
- A proven track record of driving over $10M in annual revenue.
- Deep understanding of Workdays sales cycle and partner ecosystem.
- Strong business network across the US and Europe.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
- Ability to work independently in Chennai and Bengaluru locations.
