About CFS Team :  - Corporate Finance & Strategy (CFS) practice in EY is part of the Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) which focuses on bringing strategic insights into Private Equity and M&A transactions. The services provided by the EY-CFS team range from commercial due diligence, vendor due diligence, market assessment, project/investment feasibility, business plan evaluation, business strategy and planning, synergy evaluation, post merger integration and other vendor assistance services  Academic Qualification :  - MBA from a premier institute (Tier-I Indian B-school) with a good academic background is a must.  Preferred : Experience in Logistics / Transportation/Manufacturing/ Power/Energy/construction / infrastructure/ IT would be an added advantage.  Key Skills : Market Assessment, Business Plan Preparation, Financial Modelling, Strategic Roadmap, Corporate Strategy, Program Management, Business Plan Validation, Business Case Assessment, Market Sizing, Thought Leaderships  The candidate should :  - Strong analytical skills and structured thinking  - Excellent communication skills (written and oral)  - Proficiency with MS-Office (particularly, Power Point and Excel)  - Ability to manage client interactions  - Maturity and ability to engage at all levels of the organization  - Ability to work with tight timelines  - Attention to detail  - Ability to take initiative and take others along  - Team player  - Willingness to travel within India and abroad  Roles/Responsibilities :  - Working on engagements across the range of services, with focus on analysis of financial and MIS information on transactions, secondary research, primary discussions with industry stakeholders and report writing  - Support in the creation of thought leadership and knowledge artifacts  - Involved in various business development initiatives such as preparation of pitch documents, industry notes, scope of work, etc.  - The role will evolve from engagement delivery to engagement management and pro-active business development over time  If Interested, request you to share your updated resume along with below mentioned details :  Current CTC (Fixed+ Variable) :  Expected CTC :  Notice Period :  Current Location :   Preferred Location : (Delhi/Mumbai)  Sector Expertise you hold :
