Role Overview: - The Technical Project Manager for S2P and P2P will lead end to end Source to Pay and Procure to Pay transformation programs, with responsibility spanning solution design, technical delivery, integrations, data, and configuration governance. - This role requires strong technical depth in procurement technologies (SAP Ariba, SAP MM, SAP MDG, Coupa, Oracle Procurement Cloud, MS Dynamics) among others, combined with project management capabilities to manager large-scale digital transformation projects. - You will ensure delivery across sourcing, contracting, procurement operations, invoicing, supplier onboarding, AP automation, and ERP integration, driving measurable improvements in efficiency, compliance, and user adoption. Key Responsibilities: Program and Technical Delivery: - Lead the full lifecycle delivery of S2P/P2P transformation programs, from discovery and design through build, testing, cutover, deployment, and Hypercare, using Agile or Hybrid methodologies. And ensure smooth transition from Hypercare to BAU - Own scope, timelines, financials, RAID, dependencies, and delivery governance across all technical workstreams. - Creation of project governance, such as steering committees, architectural reviews, decision logs, and quality gates. - Lead cross functional delivery teams, including Procurement, Finance, IT, InfoSec, Shared Services, and system integration partners. Technical Architecture, Integration, and Solution Design: - Drive future-state process and solution architecture across S2P domains: sourcing, RFx, contracting, catalogs, requisitioning, approvals, GRN, invoicing, and payments. - Oversee configuration and technical delivery across eProcurement platforms: SAP Ariba (Buying, Sourcing, Contracts), Coupa, Oracle Procurement Cloud, and SAP MM. - Lead ERP and middleware integration design across SAP S/4HANA, ECC, Oracle Financials, and tools such as SAP BTP, MuleSoft, CIG, API gateways, and EDI. - Govern data architecture including vendor master, material master, catalogs, pricing, hierarchies, and workflow rules aligned to policy and internal controls. Sourcing, Contracting, and Supplier Enablement: - Enable sourcing teams with RFx templates, scoring frameworks, contract workflows, and integration with CLM platforms. - Implement contract lifecycle management including drafting, redlining, approval flows, repository management, and renewal triggers. - Coordinate supplier onboarding, master data validation, TPRM processes, and catalog enablement. - Deploy spend analytics, savings tracking, supplier performance dashboards, and reporting for business stakeholders. Change, Training, Adoption, and Compliance: - Design and execute change management plans covering communications, stakeholder mapping, impact assessment, role-based training, UAT, and super user development. - Ensure compliance with procurement policy, audit requirements, GST/e-invoicing (for India), and internal control frameworks. - Drive user adoption through structured training, continuous improvement, and support models. Vendor and Stakeholder Management: - Manage relationships with software providers, system integrators, and managed service partners; negotiate SOWs, SLAs, and support commitments. - Serve as product owner for procurement technology, maintain the release roadmap, and prioritize enhancements based on business value. - Engage senior business stakeholders to align expectations, resolve escalations, and drive decision making. Qualifications: Must Have: - 5-8 years of experience in S2P/P2P delivery, including at least 3 years managing technical implementations across procurement technologies. - Strong technical expertise across SAP MM, SAP Ariba (configuration, integration, CIG), SAP MDG, and at least one of Coupa, Oracle Procurement Cloud, or Dynamics 365. - Hands-on experience with ERP integration including SAP S/4HANA or Oracle. - Strong understanding of middleware technologies: SAP BTP, MuleSoft, Pega, API-based integrations, and event-driven architectures. - Demonstrated experience in requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, design documentation, configuration, customization oversight, cutover planning, and go-live execution. - Proven project management capabilities including planning, RAID, stakeholder governance, Agile ceremonies, and stage-gate quality reviews. - Deep understanding of procurement and AP processes: category management, sourcing, contract management, catalogs, quality, matspec, invoice automation, and payments. - Proficiency in KPIs and analytics: PO compliance, invoice cycle time, spend analytics, adoption, and benefit tracking. - Strong communication, cross-functional leadership, and stakeholder influencing skills. Nice to Have: - Professional certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, CIPS, CPSM, Lean Six Sigma, SAP Ariba or Coupa certifications. - Experience with India GST, e-invoicing compliance, statutory reporting, and internal controls frameworks like SOX. - Exposure to supplier risk management, contract analytics platforms, and advanced AP automation tools. - Experience supporting global deployments across multi-ERP and multi-geography environments.
