Master's in relevant field/MBA with at least 3 years experience Key Responsibilities: Ease of Doing Business Implementation & Support : - Support departments in achieving Business Reform Action Plan (BRAP) compliance by developing collaterals, assisting with system development, and monitoring progress. - Implement feedback mechanisms across the state for awareness among department officials and investors. - Provide content for collaterals, brochures, highlights, flyers, advertisements, and video content related to Single Window (SW) & reforms. - Respond to evaluation and ranking exercises for State BRAP as required by DPIIT. - Analyze strong and weak areas in BRAP feedback and support departments in implementing improvements. - Introduce new initiatives such as deemed approvals and instant approvals to enhance the regulatory framework. Regulatory Compliance & Simplification : - Assist in minimizing regulatory compliance burdens and decriminalizing clauses across business and citizen departments service departments. - Develop and implement a framework for ranking districts and departments to foster competition and improve service delivery. - Strengthen institutional mechanisms for BRAP implementation and suggest strategies to enhance system usage.
